It’s #givingtuesday and we are proud to announce that we collected a grand total of 2,332 pounds of food during our 19th annual Cut Out Hunger food drive this year! Check out this oxygen facial by @jae.the.aesthetician_ ✨ During the facial, her focus was on clearing up acne along with scarring and hyperpigmentation. First, she used a desincrustation fluid that helps to bring the sebum to the surface for better extractions. Then, she did an oxygen facial using Skin For Life antibacterial proactive o2 infusion treatment and an airbrush to really push the product into the skin and the clogged pores. This helps clear up the bacteria under the surface in order to bring down the inflammation and irritation in the skin. #loveitlearnitliveit #skincareobsessed

Our Massage Therapy future professionals had fun while learning about lymphatic drainage💆 The strings are being used to show the pathway of the lymphatic drainage🧵 What is the purpose of a lymphatic drainage massage? To help relieve swelling, called lymphedema, which usually occurs in the arms and legs. This swelling is typically caused by a disruption to the lymphatic system- such as having lymph nodes that are injured or surgically removed. In order to relieve the swelling, light pressure is used to try to move lymph fluid to the lymph nodes, which should help decrease any swelling.

❤️ Jasmin is the night Massage Therapy Educator at the Largo campus. She has over 8 years of experience in the Beauty Industry as a licensed Massage Therapist and Facial Specialist and holds certifications in medical massage, lymphatic drainage, and orthopedic cupping. To her, the most rewarding part of her position is the ability to share her knowledge from over the years, making a positive impact on people’s lives, and seeing her future professionals become confident and successful!

When it comes to the beauty industry, Jasmin loves that she can help people feel more confident, aid in relieving their pain and stress, and assist in achieving their health and wellness goals.

In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, yoga, meditation, and being a dog mom!

❤️ Leslie is the day Skin Care educator at the St. Pete campus. She is a licensed Facial Specialist and has been involved in the beauty industry since she was a child. She is a certified Milady Master Educator, and also holds certifications in lashes and full body hair removal. Leslie also holds a medically based Associate’s degree. To her, the most rewarding part of her position is the ability to help our future professionals grow, learn, and expand on their business opportunities for future success!

When it comes to the beauty industry, Leslie believes that everyone is already beautiful, and loves to help people enhance and embrace this beauty.

In her spare time, she enjoys gaming, fishing, cooking, yoga, meditating, getting massages, stepping away from technology and most importantly, spending time with her two children!
