Francesca Crocitto

Francesca (Fran) is the Night Advanced Esthetics Educator at the Largo campus and has been part of the AIB team for almost four years! She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management and Administration and a Cosmetology license. With over 15 years in the beauty industry, and a lifetime spent around it thanks to her family’s salon roots, Francesca brings both passion and experience to the classroom every day.
To Francesca, the most rewarding part of being an educator is helping future professionals discover what is possible for their future. She loves watching her future professionals grow, gain confidence, and achieve success while encouraging them to let their inner light shine bright!
When it comes to esthetics, Francesca is especially passionate about the science behind skin care. She enjoys helping others identify the root causes of skin concerns and creating personalized plans that help them look and feel their best. She believes the beauty industry should always be inclusive because skin care is for everyone!
Francesca has an extensive background in esthetics and makeup, with certifications in Dermalogica, Skin Script, and Image. She has also received makeup training from brands such as Benefit Cosmetics, Smashbox, Too Faced, and Pür. In addition, she is the proud owner of Plump Esthetics, a facial studio specializing in clinical Korean skincare and dedicated to creating an inclusive self-care experience for all.
Outside of the classroom, Francesca enjoys collecting trinkets, playing cozy video games, listening to elder emo music, and embracing her self-proclaimed title as a world champion nap taker. She is also a proud pet parent to her deaf white cat, Amelia Mignonette Renaldi Thermopolous Crocitto, better known as the lovely Princess Mia, who has been featured in two pet calendars and a pet coloring book! She’s the cutest!!
One phrase Francesca lives by is: “Confidence. It’s the food of the wise man and the liquor of the fool.”
We appreciate Francesca’s commitment to the success of our future professionals that she provides every day, along with her motivating attitude towards EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE! Thank you, Fran!
