Francesca is the Clinical Skin Care Educator at the Largo campus and has been part of the AIB team for over two years! She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management and Administration and holds a Cosmetology license. However, she has been practicing Esthetics for over 12 years. To her, the most rewarding part of her position is the ability to watch her future professionals grow, learn and become successful! She loves to see everyone’s inner light shine bright!

When it comes to the beauty industry, Francesca loves educating people and helping them feel their best by creating accessible and rewarding skin care regimens. She feels the industry should always be inclusive because skin care is for everyone!

Francesca has an extensive background in esthetics and makeup with certifications in Dermalogica, Skin Script, and Image. Makeup wise, she has received training in Special Effects makeup as well as with cosmetic brands such as Benefit Cosmetics, Make Up Forever, Smashbox, and Too Faced. To top off her experience, Francesca owns a facial studio called Plump Esthetics where their motto is “a size and gender inclusive spa for self-care!”

In her spare time, she enjoys late night Amazon shopping, playing animal crossing, and is a world champion nap taker!
