JoAnn is the Business Office Associate at our Largo campus and has been part of the AIB team for almost 4 years! She holds an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies and is also a licensed Zumba instructor of more than five years!

For JoAnn, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is being able to encourage our future professionals throughout their journeys and celebrate their victories alongside them. Whether it’s a big milestone or a step closer to reaching their goals, she loves being there to cheer them on!

When it comes to the beauty industry, JoAnn loves seeing the creativity our future professionals bring to life each day and the individuality they express through their work.

JoAnn describes herself as outgoing, determined, hardworking, and sometimes a little silly! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, taking Zumba and exercise classes, crocheting baby blankets, and spending time with her family and friends. Family has become even more special recently, as JoAnn became a grandma for the very first time, welcoming a new granddaughter into the family just a few months ago! She’s also a fan of dark chocolate—the darker, the better—and has an impressive collection of earrings in all shapes and sizes!

One of her favorite quotes to live by is, “They that wait will be renewed and fly like eagles!”
