Recruiting Independent Barbers

Clip Er Cutzz is a Neighborhood Turn-Key barbershop, Low-Key, Not Too Fancy – Just A Simple Place & Pretty Laid Back.  We’ve been at the same location since 2002 (19 years).  We’ve always focused on great hair cuts and keeping a great family of barbers.  As an owner/operator I have always focused on getting independent barbers set up with their benefits, retirement planning, owning their own shops if they desire to do so, and owning their own homes if they desire to do so.  Over time; we’ve had 4 independent barbers move on to open their own shops.  Three of those shops are still up and running today.  Three of those barbers are also home owners today as well.
