Looking for 1 Hairstylist to work at a nice salon located in high traffic area of Tarpon Springs. We are looking for stylist on a long term, willing to work and build up a full book. We have the customers if you have the willingness and talent to work them. We are open 9-5 Monday thru Saturday and until 7 on Thursday.
If you can’t work at least 35+ you need not to apply, we can’t build a clientele on part time. We are looking for stability. We will rotate walk-ins fairly and accordingly. When you are dependable we can book appointments for you. We have a receptionist who answers the phone and coordinates our clients accordingly and fairly. Our promise to you is 2 new “walk-ins” sometime more clients per day. If you have the talent it is amazing what you can do but, you have to be all in.
Pay starts at 40%+ commission with a sliding scale. Our pay and bonus is performance based. Email or text is fine 813-919-8175. Sign on bonus after probation and training period of 120 days bonus will be divided up at 125.00 per month paid on the first as long as you are still employed with our company. Products are paid 10% of what you sell, its that simple. We are located next door to Rodie’s Resturant.
