The role of the Esthetician or Threader is to fulfill the needs of the clients by performing the best salon/spa services possible. They will also be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service. Maintaining a clean work environment, utilizing a cash register and continuing to learn through webinars & eLearning are also essential parts of their position.The ideal candidate for this position has a Cosmetology or Esthetics license, excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to work in the beauty industry, an outgoing and upbeat personality, and professional dress, speech, and behavior. Previous experience in waxing, facials, tinting, and lashes services is preferred, but not required.
Main Responsibilities include: * Perform services as requested, including waxing, facials, tinting, and lashes * Upselling products and services * Engaging customers * Maintaining Sanitation * Refilling supplies * Checking clients in and out * Performing additional duties as required.
Requirements: * Esthetics or Cosmetology license * Previous experience preferred * Excellent customer service skills * Great work ethic * Ability to engage and retain customers * Ability to up-sell products and services * Understanding of technology * Professional demeanor * Neat and clean appearance * Great attitude * Outgoing personality * Likes to work with people * Passionate about the beauty industry * Ability to pass background check.
