Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Fitness Center. The Sandpearl Resort provides 5 star service in a clean and warm spa atmosphere. The spa attendant is responsible for the overall daily cleanliness and presentation of all spa common areas. The Spa Attendant must be efficient, flexible, and work well with the spa team.
- Maintains cleanliness of the locker rooms and fitness areas, which included but is not limited:
Return to changing facilities to remove dirty slippers and robes from dirty lockers.
Restock locker with robe
Restock cleaned and dried slippers of same size and of a left and right foot.
Return keys to the appropriate locker.
Remove dirty towels from hampers.
Restock shelves and shower areas with appropriate towels.
Restock amenities (shower gel, shampoo, mouthwash etc)
Remove all trash.
Turn off and prop open doors to the steam room.
Stock the restrooms with necessary items
Clean all dirty slippers and place in appropriate containers in the linen room.
Remove and empty the iced wash cloth station.
Arrange magazines and replace if they are damaged or old
Empty and clean ice container.
Wash all water and fruit containers
Make sure whirlpool, steam rooms are on, clean and working correctly.
Fill ice towels with cucumber and an orchid on try (check on every half hour)
Fill specialty fruit, tea or drink (check on every half hour * Provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation,
Offers spa & fitness tours
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Comply with policies and procedures.
