Title: Spa Manager
Work Environment: Surplexion is an upscale skin therapy facility focused on delivering unique services and products specifically targeted to pigmentation issues. The goal is to provide every guest with a personalized, targeted skin rejuvenation program. If accomplished, this will result in patient loyalty, repeat business, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Job Summary: The Spa Manager works directly with the President to ensure the overall success of Surplexion. The primary role of the Spa Manager is performing skin evaluations and establishing targeted skin rejuvenation programs for our guests. They are also responsible for the day-to-day management of Surplexion. They will work closely with the President to address needs and promote growth.
Responsible for the overall sales results, staffing and operations of Surplexion.
Work with President to identify issues and implement solutions
Perform opening/closing duties.
Perform daily deposit and register opening/closing when necessary
Handle customer issues, incident reports, concerns, and questions as necessary.
Review monthly sales projections and set monthly team goals.
Budgeting, tracking, and purchasing of: all retail products, professional supplies, treatment supplies, office supplies, postage supplies, and marketing material to ensure smooth daily operation of Surplexion.
Troubleshoot, manage and seek technical support for any issues with POS and phone system.
· Other duties as requested.
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
· Perform new guest consultations utilizing Visia digital skin analysis.
· Utilize Surplexion scoring system to select appropriate treatment plan; educate guest about benefits of treatment plan and gain commitment.
Exhibit a strong sales proclivity and a commitment to guests satisfaction–cultivate and close sales leads; follow up with booked and uncommitted clientele; and complete important administrative tasks as part of the sales process[ME1] .
Provide outstanding customer service and monitor/respond to guest feedback.
Provide ongoing coaching to team to ensure that monthly goals are met and exceeded.
Solicit testimonials and photography releases to build Surplexion before and after gallery.
Create and schedule content for all Surplexion social media outlets.
Individually develops, and brainstorms with President, ideas related to Surplexion’s short and long term marketing & promotion strategies (cost assessments, rate-of return analysis, etc.)
Essential Skills and Abilities
Must be bilingual.

Required Education and Experience
A minimum of two years of dermatologic/esthetics experience
A minimum of two years of sales experience preferred.
Esthetics degree preferred, but not required.
Passionate about the skin care industry
Must be a quick learner, team player, have a drive to grow and learn, and exhibit high ethical standards.
Must have a desire for a permanent long term career at Surplexion
