THE LASH LOUNGE®is opening in Westchase Tampa, Florida and is looking for Lash Stylists for our premier eyelash salon opening in June 2019.
This new salon is in an excellent location in the center of Bayport Commons, surrounded by retail shops, restaurants, salons, beautiful neighborhoods and key places of activity for the community. Also, the salon layout has exquisite features, high-end interior furnishings and cutting-edge technology to provide a relaxing ambience, excellent customer service and support for team members. Furthermore, the salon is expecting rapid growth given exceptional efforts to engage, educate and partner with the Westchase community and surrounding areas.
As a key member of our high performing team, this position will provide top-quality services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, lash lift, and facial threading. Comprehensive initial and ongoing training will be provided by industry leaders. Also, team members will have the opportunity to support the local community through established event sponsorship.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Active Florida Cosmetology and/or Esthetician’s License
All experience levels are welcome
Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to provide a luxurious customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a professional setting
Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
Self-learner who is comfortable at educating clients on products and services
Willingness to help create a fun and collaborative work environment
