Men’s Cutting Specialist – Aveda Men’s Grooming Shop

Aveda Men located in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join them in combining the art of beauty, well-being, and environmental care as a Men’s Grooming Specialist. Requirements
Deliver the Aveda world-class experience to all guests and ensure each guest receives a ritual of renewal during every visit.
Perform Aveda Men’s cut, color (gray blending), other hair and scalp services, and skin services that are customized to guests, in alignment with the overall look the guest is seeking to achieve.
Provide shave services (with barber license, if applicable).

Minimum Qualifications:

Must hold and maintain a current Cosmetology license or a Barber license in the State of Florida (both licenses would be a plus!).
Aveda experience/education is desirable but not required.
Guest service oriented; passion for outstanding customer service; excellent communication skills.
Due to our commitment to the environment, a strong alignment to the Aveda mission is essential.
Ability to work salon/barber hours including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed; full-time position.
Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced, team atmosphere!
