Our well-rounded education encompasses both the hard and soft skills you’ll need to be successful in the beauty industry. With business and social media classes available, AIB takes you to the next level of a successful entrepreneur! On top of these additional classes, you will have the ability to practice your skills and techniques on actual salon and spa guests! This allows you to not only use your new skills but also interact with clients through customer service and salon/spa management too.
We want you to feel fully prepared to go out and make your dreams happen once you graduate. To do this, AIB simulates the experience of working in a salon, barbershop, or spa by providing top-of-the-line products. Below we list just a few!
Aside from learning the hard and soft skills, you will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers and local employers in the beauty industry! We bring in leaders from local salons, spas, and barbershops to talk expectations, desired skills, and about their own experiences starting out so you are more than prepared to find your dream job!
On Career Days we are joined by employers from various parts of the beauty industry within our community. You get to meet with them, complete mock interviews, and potentially land a job before you even graduate!
