Nicole is one of the Customer Care Team Members (CCT) and Data Entry Specialist at our St. Pete campus and has been part of the AIB family for a year and a half!

For Nicole, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is getting to witness our future professionals’ journeys from beginning to end. She loves seeing students first walk through our doors to inquire about a program, make the decision to enroll, begin their education, and ultimately reach the finish line. Watching their growth and seeing what they’re capable of achieving is what makes her role so meaningful!

When it comes to the beauty industry, Nicole loves the way a service can make someone feel; there’s nothing quite like leaving feeling beautiful and confident!

Nicole describes herself as “sweet, funny, and a friend to all, with a Southern drawl.” A North Carolina native, she moved to Florida in 2021 and has loved calling the Sunshine State home ever since. Outside of AIB, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family, cooking, watching sports (Go Cowboys!), and embracing her adventurous side as a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie!

Family is also a huge part of Nicole’s life. She is a proud mom of three—two boys and one girl—including a U.S. Marine and has been married to the love of her life for 22 years.

A few of Nicole’s favorite words to live by are: “Let go and let GOD,” “You can do anything you put your mind to,” and “Live your life with no regrets.”
