What Can I Learn in AIB’s Spa Therapy Program?
At AIB, we believe the more skills you can learn, the more opportunities you have to become successful. In the Spa Therapy program, you will study different techniques in Massage Therapy that aid in relaxation and stress-reduction and apply these skills in a real-world spa setting on actual clients. Then, you will learn esthetic techniques such as facials, skin care analysis, body waxing, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, and many other skin services. But you must first understand your canvas: the skin.
By the end of the Spa Therapist program, you can gain an understanding of the human body, common diseases and ailments, how to provide your clients with a comprehensive Massage Therapy treatment plan along with a variety of skincare services to meet your client’s needs!

Spa Therapy School FAQs
When you’re looking to enroll in a spa therapy program, you’ll want a few questions answered right away. We’re here to address the most commonly asked questions about starting beauty school so you can get the info you need to make a decision that changes your life. You want to do this, and we want to help!
The Spa Therapy program is a combination of Massage Therapy and our fundamental Skin Care programs for a total of 900 hours. Massage Therapy is 600 hours and fundamental Skin Care is 300 hours.
You can complete our spa therapy program in as little as 7.5 months*!
*Approximately. Based on a full-time schedule.
- If you have time to dedicate to your education as a full-time commitment, we offer a full-time program.
- If you need to work during the day or have other obligations, we have a part-time night program.
- If you need to work school into your schedule in another way, we have a part-time day program, too. We believe that your education should fit seamlessly into your life.
The Spa Therapy program is currently only offered at our Largo campus.

What Are My Options for Funding My Education?
