Sammy is one of the Maintenance Specialists and Operations Assistants at the Largo campus and has been a valued member of the AIB team for nearly six years. While he may work behind the scenes, Sammy plays an important role in creating an environment where future professionals can thrive. The most rewarding part of his job is knowing that his work makes a positive impact on those around him, whether it’s through a clean, organized campus or simply helping make someone’s day a little brighter.

One of Sammy’s favorite things about working at AIB is watching the incredible creativity and innovation our future professionals bring to their craft. He enjoys seeing students grow through their education and appreciates being part of an environment where learning and artistic expression come together every day.

Known for his patience, quick wit, and great sense of humor, Sammy strives to bring laughter even during the most stressful moments. He believes life is too short to dwell on the little things—even spilled water at the salon sinks—and enjoys finding joy in every day.

Outside of work, Sammy is an avid gamer who also enjoys playing billiards, attending concerts (you’ll likely find him in the mosh pit!), cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors.
