Yesenia is the Night Skin Care Educator at the Largo Campus and joined the AIB team almost one year ago! With nearly 4 years of experience in the beauty industry, she brings passion, hustle, and real-world experience into the classroom. Yesenia is licensed in Facial Specialty, Nail Technology, and Master Barbering, and also holds an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Business from Hillsborough Community College.

What Yesenia loves most about the beauty industry is the ability to transform not only how someone looks, but how they feel about themselves. Helping clients and students build confidence through skincare education is what truly drives her, and she describes the industry as her “happy place.”

As an educator, Yesenia loves shaping the next generation of beauty professionals and watching her students grow into confident, skilled individuals. She especially enjoys those breakthrough moments when a student fully understands a technique or concept and begins applying it successfully on their own. To her, that moment is pure magic.

Yesenia describes herself as “a driven, multi-faceted beauty professional who turns skill, confidence, and real-world hustle into client results and student success.” Her students know her for constantly reminding them that consistency matters, time is valuable, and the grind never stops.

Outside of the classroom, Yesenia enjoys creating content, reading, cooking, traveling, shopping, kayaking, and spending time with close friends during game nights. She also loves relaxing at home with Netflix and her spoiled princess pup, Sasha. As a business owner, she takes pride in the space she has created for herself and her clients, describing her suite as her own personal “woman cave.”

Some of the phrases she lives by include: “Consistency over perfection,” “Pressure creates diamonds,” and “Today may have been hard, but tomorrow will be better.”

Born in New Jersey and raised in Seminole, Yesenia continues to inspire others through her dedication, authenticity, and passion for helping people grow both personally and professionally.
