Andra is the night Phase 1 Cosmetology & Barber Educator at the St. Pete Campus, where she has been part of the AIB team for the past six months. With 33 years of experience in the beauty industry, Andra brings a deep appreciation for creativity, artistry, and freedom of expression into everything she does. What she finds most rewarding about being an educator is witnessing the moment a concept clicks for a student and seeing that spark of understanding & confidence grow is what fuels her passion for teaching.

When it comes to the beauty industry, Andra loves the endless opportunities for creativity and self-expression it provides, allowing individuals to develop both skill and personal style.

In her spare time, beyond hair manipulation and education, Andra enjoys expressing her creativity in other meaningful ways, including tea formulating and jewelry making.

She lives by simple, yet powerful affirmations including: “Another great day on earth” and “God is good,” which guide her outlook and gratitude both inside and outside the classroom.
