Ashby is the day Phase 1 Cosmetology Educator at the Largo Campus! She was previously the day Phase 1 Cosmetology/Barber Educator at the St. Pete Campus and combined has been part of the AIB team for three years! She has 14 years of experience in the Beauty Industry and is a licensed Cosmetologist. Ashby loves the creativity and problem solving of cosmetology, with the ability to make a positive impact on her client’s life. When it comes to educating, there is nothing more fulfilling to her than watching her students grow throughout their program and celebrating their success!

Ashby has an extensive background in performing arts, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media and Performing Arts and has experience with backstage hair and makeup for theatre performances. She enjoys singing, painting, drawing, live sporting events, theatre, and laughing!
