Elizabeth is the Phase 1 Cosmetology Educator at the Largo Campus, where she has been part of the AIB team since September 2025. With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry dating back to 2004, Elizabeth brings a deep passion for education and a genuine love for all things beauty into the classroom. For her, being an educator is about shaping and forming the beauty industry from the ground up; a lifelong dream that allows her to share her knowledge and enthusiasm every single day.

What Elizabeth loves most about the beauty industry is that it is always evolving, offering something new and different no matter how long you’ve been part of it. This constant change keeps the industry exciting and fuels her desire to continue learning and teaching.

In her classroom, Elizabeth creates a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow, practice, and push through challenges. She lives by the reminders that “we can do hard things,” “teamwork makes the dream work,” and “practice makes perfect,” values she consistently reinforces with her future professionals.

In her spare time, Elizabeth loves enjoying the great outdoors, whether at the beach, a park, or a nature reserve, and loves swimming in her pool, too. Originally from Colorado, she relocated to Florida in 2022. She is a proud mom of three daughters, has been married for 11 years, and shares her home with two black cats, a French Bulldog, and 15 chickens in her backyard! Life is always changing, often chaotic, and never boring, just the way she likes it!
