Stephanie is the day Fundamental Skin Care educator at the Largo Campus. She brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the classroom, shaped by over seven years of experience on the AIB Team across both education and administration. She began as a Clinical Skin Care educator, transitioned into the Financial Aid Office, and has now returned to teaching as part of our Skin Care program. With 22 years of experience in the beauty industry, she is a licensed Facial Specialist, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and carries multiple advanced certifications including laser hair removal, dermaplaning, lash lifts, microdermabrasion, and more!

To her, the most rewarding part of being an educator is the opportunity to share her knowledge and passion for the beauty industry while empowering future professionals along the way. She loves witnessing those “aha” moments when a new concept or technique clicks, and she takes pride in teaching in a way that builds confidence and independence in her future professionals. Having also served in the Financial Aid Office, Stephanie valued being on the other side of the process as well, where she was able to support future professionals through enrollment as they worked toward achieving their goals.

When it comes to the beauty industry, Stephanie loves the way she makes her clients feel after a service and that she is able to give them a confidence boost! Stephanie started out in this industry working for Lancome Cosmetics, and after she became licensed, she opened her own Medspa. She has been a licensed Facial Specialist for almost 14 years!

In her spare time, she enjoys singing, spending time with her family, working on her business, and attending educational training classes and workshops!
